Charlie & The Colours - Presentation
Charlie´s compositions, which he has been writing since his early twenties, were well-kept secrets until 2012 when he began performing them live. His lyrics are markedly personal, focusing on his life and those he loves, yet remain universally applicable. His guitar technique involves refashioning well-worn chords into unusual forms, over which the vocal melody can freely play and tell the emotion of the lyrics. This musician, whose love for music was sparked by his introduction to the piano aged 6, has been performing in France, the north of England and now the Basque Country over the past 7 years.
